Folders Lane Group to Challenge MSDC in Court

The South of Folder Lane Action Group (SOFLAG) has long been campaigning to preserve the countryside between the south of Burgess Hill and Ditchling.

Mid Sussex District Council voted to approve its Site Allocations Development Plan Document on 29th June 2022 much to the disguise of the SOFLAG supporters and others outside and in the public gallery. The Site Allocations DPD identifies sufficient housing sites to provide a five year housing land supply to 2031 and includes Site Allocation 13, comprising beautiful, wildlife rich fields south of Folders Lane.
