CAGNE - Communities Against Gatwick Noise Emissions
We have an extensive network of members covering areas to the east, west, north and south of the airport concerned with the totality of aircraft noise produced by arrivals and departures, environmental issues, airspace and surface access for Sussex, Surrey and Kent.
In addition to our local objectives, CAGNE is active in the wider issues of UK airspace, and the environmental damage that Aviation causes to Climate Change and air quality worldwide.
Fracking - Weald Action Group
The Weald Action Group is an umbrella for local groups campaigning against all forms of extreme extraction of oil & gas across the Weald and the Isle of Wight in the South East of England. This includes fracking, acidisation, and all methods of advanced well stimulation.

Don't Urbanise The Downs
Eton College plans to build a 3,250-house new town in beautiful open countryside right on the edge of the South Downs National Park in East Sussex. This huge scheme - in a very quiet rural area - would damage the landscape of the area forever while destroying precious habitat and ecosystems.
