Written before the release of May's Sustainable Economy Strategy,
"Climate Emergency UK was set up in response to the climate emergency declarations that councils started making from the end of 2018. CE UK began by collecting these declarations, and the Climate Action Plans that followed".
Mid Sussex District Council scored just 20%. Lets make sure we start to turn this around!

Warrington Borough Council, which raised funds for a renewable energy project through community municipal bonds that could be purchased for as little as £5 by residents

Waltham Forest Council, which has almost fulfilled its target to completely divest its pension funds from fossil fuels within 5 years
